Youth homelessness continues to be on the rise in Canada, and now more than ever youth need support. Youth make up approximately 20% of the homeless population in Canada, meaning each year at least 35,000 – 40,000 young Canadians have no place to call home.

The issues youth experiencing homelessness face daily are complex, and require holistic approaches and wrap-around community support. They need a safe place to live. They need access to support services that will help them create healthy pathways to exit homelessness.

Now more than ever, youth in our community need our help.

Crisis Centre North Bay has partnered with The Home Depot Canada Foundation to help raise funds for the Nipissing District!

The North Bay Home Depot has selected Crisis Centre North Bay to be the charitable recipient of all proceeds they raise throughout this campaign.

The Orange Door Project fundraising campaign is taking place May 30th to June 25th.  To make a secure, online donation head over to https://bit.ly/3p2NZiD [bit.ly].  Identify the North Bay store to ensure that your donation stays local. Or make a donation of $2, $5, or $10 in-store at the checkout of the North Bay Home Depot store and give homeless youth in your community the housing, support, and hope they need to live safe, healthy, and productive lives.
